I really like Cooking Light magazine, partly because I have never made a bad meal from the recipes and partly because they include how many carbs, etc. are in each recipe. When I uploaded this subscription I was shown an explanation of the toolbars attached to the magazine and how to use them: good thinking! But when I actually opened the magazine those toolbars were not in evidence. I will get my 12 year old grandson to see if he can find them for me ....

Easy to use, but didn't see the weight loss they claim. The protein powder is ok and convenient in the envelopes. Mixes easy.

I read the reviews and shared them with my staff, but one of my employees said it was a hoax. So, I bought a 1lb bag and gave it to him and put him to the test. He only ate two or three, and then chickened out. Eventually a coworker from a different department said he wanted to try the bears and thought it was a internet hoax. So, my employee gave him the remaining bag, but I warned him and had him read the label on the bag out of good conscious. On day one, he ate about 20 bears over the course of the day, with no problem he told me. On day two, he went to town. As I was about to leave that day, a coworker that sits near the restroom told me the poor fellow, who ate most of the rest of the 1lb bag that day, had been seen running to the rest room earlier, and then left for home a while after. While it appeared that he got his pants down, I think he lost it prior to hitting the seat. I will spare you the visuals, but it was far from pleasant, and I would not be surprised if our custodial staff resigned as a result. Lets just say that a double order of extra spicy chili cheese nachos and a big plate of refried beans could not come close to causing that type of eruption.

I love this oil, been using it for over 3 years now. It doesn't leave the hair greasy and hair is easy to handle. I use it right after I shampoo my hair and put on my scalp and just a littler on the rest of the hair to have some shine. Oh and the smell is awesome. Would recommend it...

I recently purchased the ECMP50 and have been playing with it for only a few days. I've been very pleased with the espresso it makes, though I wish the unit was a little taller with a longer steam wand, so as to better fit the frothing pitcher I already had. At a mere 4" tall, my current pitcher is too deep for the steam wand to reach deep enough to properly heat the milk. A minor inconvenience for now.

Have used the Nioxin product in the past - my wife thought I should stop with it when she read something negative about it - recently switched to the Aveda Invati system, shampoo, conditioner, spray revitalizer and am getting good results.
