This has worked pretty good for relaxing and calming me. I take it for slight anxiety, as I read in numerous different articles that a deficiency in Magnesium can cause anxiety/panic attacks. As the directions state, you definitely want to start out with a smaller amount and work your way up so you don't end up with the 'runs.'

I have a different feeling for this product. I got it about 3 days ago. As many comments that enjoy it, I found myself not sure about this product.When I put the cream on my face, the cooling effect did not bother me;however, it makes my skin red, like I have a sun burn all over the problem and area around which freaked me out. I believe there was one comment mention this reaction on her skin. Any who, the morning I woke up, I did see the it reduced the size of my pimples and made the area around clear which was exciting .But, I notice there is new pimple appears. I'm not sure because I'm around the month or because this cream cause me breaks out. I will continue using it and keep posting...
