I just went back on this today (used to use a lot in 2013/14, then I was pregnant, then breastfeeding so couldn't even have Red Bull), and I forgot how much this works in terms of tweaking you out, which I like. Yes, about the address comment, it's like that at first. I know after a few days though it won't be the same, but the first three days this kills appetite and makes it almost impossible to stay still. One a day is plenty, and do drink the water as said.

I'm planning two different tours this year and these shoes are comfortable, stiff enough to generate plenty of power and good for walking around while off the bike.

Great book, I like how it goes over the episodes and has character profiles, it could be more detailed in costume and set design. Also the price was very high, never paid this much for a companion book, not even ones that cover 7 seasons of a show. Still a fan must have though.

I have used Sage ACT! 2009, and 2011 and 2012. The product is good oksay, not very expensive, and customizable. I just purchased ACT! 2012 a few weeks ago and planning on returning it.
