  • Mary Ellen Rose - OK but pretty thin

    I read this with some interest since I had just finished reading The Plantagenets by Dan Jones. It was okay since I"m jet lagged and didn't want anything too challenging but its written about the 4th grade level.

    I only purchased this because a co-worker told me it was good for weight loss. I thought there was sort of an after taste to it, and it made my stomach hurt. I usually purchase vegan protein powder, so I will stick to those!
