Let me start by saying, I have used this product before when purchased at another beauty specific retailer, and it worked great. For some reason, it did not have the same effect when purchased here. So it could be that the product was just an off bottle, or it could be that the reseller had a different version, or whatever the reason... I would not buy it here again, it didn't even smell completely like the original bottle I had. I will stick with authorized retailers for Deva Curl products.

Just started using it but already soothing the pain and discomfort of shingles. It is already helping the sores to progress and become less inflamed. Thanks to those who recommended it and provided information on it. That helped me greatly!

I tried this product out for about a month or two after reading the positive reviews here. However, after a week or two of use I noticed my chin was beginning to break out. I have had the occasional break out just like every other person, but I do not have problem skin. I did not understand what was going on with my skin and it got so bad that I had to visit a dermatologist. I was prescribed medication for the cystic acne ravaging my chin, but it did not work. I seriously began to lose hope that it would ever go away. Luckily, I ran out of CLA pills that week and noticed my skin to clear up little by little. I researched CLA and cystic acne and found that other people had or were having the same reactions I did to taking the pill. I am so happy that I was able to figure out the cause. Again, I do not think this will happen to everyone taking the pill, but it definitely affected me my skin.

I've been using Lerosett for 15 years!! I used to have major problems with cystic acne and ingrown hairs from unwanted facial hair. Trust me there is nothing worse than scaring on your face. I started applying Lerosett at night before bed and all you need is a thin layer. I let it dry and wash off when I wake up. This was advised by my Doctor who also has knowledge with African American skin. In two weeks my scars were already fading and I stopped getting the cystic acne... I still today follow the same regiment and if I'm pressed for time I apply Lerosett leave on for 30 mins, then wash off with tepid water... Great product! I'm now scar free and no outbreaks of cystic acne.

I was sent this product to review and honestly - I always feel like creams and beauty products like this one are the most difficult. I've had acne for almost 2 decades now and the bad ones leave scars and sometimes actually indications that last forever. Gross. Worse, a million companies claim to be able to help you with varying effectiveness.
