    These bands are excellent! I'm a personal trainer and father of a young soccer player. The bands are well designed and made very well. There are so many different exercises you can incorporate to your normal routine using these bands and there are different resistances and they DON'T SLIP!

    I like the dishes, but over the years they all developed gray lines in the white surface. I have used Barkeeper's friend to clean them off, but they come right back. It must be the stainless (Oneida) marking it. Disappointing for such a good brand and nice product. Wouldn't buy again.
