The initial first week or two weight loss was great, as expected, but it slows considerable after that. Not sure if the weight loss is from the product, or simply that you are not eating real food. Hopefully, a little of both. The product taste is okay, not good, but not distastful either. I must admit I had to add vanilla extract or a tablespoon of honey to make it sweeter. Also, adding ice seems to enhance the flavor some and make the drink more enjoyable. It is not recommended that one use this product for a three meal a day eating plan, just two, as is stated on the product pamphlet that is in each box. So be advised that you will still need to plan one meal a day, preferably a low cal, high nutrient type. Some people report feeling an energy boost from the product, but I am still waiting for that. And while using, keep an eye on your creatine/protein level in the blood stream by regular doctor visits/blood tests, as it may be hazardous to your health, even though the contents are soy - not animal - protein. All in all, I am in my 4th week and lost 10 pounds. This is about average, although 7 of those 10 were in week one. Also, know that you will need an action plan to keep the weight off once finished with this product, or - as most research will tell you - the weight will come right back if you do not chnage your eating habits for the better. Finally, exercise will help without a doubt. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 the best, I rate this product a 7 for taste, 8 for effectiveness, and 6 for cost, as it is quite expensive. But if it works, it is all worth it, and therein lies the real appeal to most who will try it.
It works pretty good....I recommend over the whitening strips that can be purchased over the counter in drugstores and supercenters...
It works very well for me. Strength, quick recovery and lean muscle gain. Taste not an issue. I used to take one scoop daily but now I use it on workout days(2 scoops)
Let me start by saying I have 4c, cottony, fine, thin hair. I have been natural for 6 years now. I two strand twisted my hair for the first 2.5 years, because I didn't think wash n gos were for afro textured hair. Finally came the day that I wanted to try something different. Kinky Curly was the first product I tried and when I tell you that I LOVE this product, I am not over exaggerating. If you know how to use it, you should have good results. I tend to cowash, (use the Come Clean shampoo once a month, because it makes your hair SQUEAKY clean); but I always follow that with Knot Today conditioner fingered through each section of my hair (I sit under the steamer with it), and then rinse some of it out. I tend to be heavy handed, so rinsing doesn't eliminate all the conditioner from my hair. I then section each section into smaller rows with my fingers, apply the custard and finger it through detangling and then moving to the next row. I DO NOT two strand twist with this gel, because as noted by others, it is sticky and messy and takes a good day to dry (the main purpose of this product is it to cause your hair to retain moisture so it wont dry immediately because it is soaking in the product and moisture from the surrounding environment- humidity). But that isn't an issue when you are allowing your elongated curls to air dry. I like to spritz my hair in the morning to wake up my curls and redefine areas that may have gotten smashed. I tend to do wash n go's during the summer and man- my hair stays super moisturized during the hot Ga months, and by the time fall rolls around and I go back to two strand twisting, my hair has grown and my curls are less frizzy due to my hair being so moisturized. I don't think this product would work well if your hair is wavy. It is for tight kinky curls that want definition, clumping, elongation, and moisture. Sorry wavy gals. This one's not for you.
I have not use this program a whole lot. I like the black jack. There are a lot of other games included
Not nearly as effective as peppermint oil. Mice were getting into our car air cleaner, so I punched holes in a metal breath mint box and put some peppermint oil soaked cotton balls in the box and put it in the air cleaner compartment. Add more drops every few months to keep the peppermint scent strong. No more mouse problems! Copper mesh netting also works, stuffed it under the corners of my vinyl house siding where mice were climbing up and getting into the attic.
