When I was growing up most people considered the Guinness Book of World Records as a reference book. If that's what you are looking for, look elsewhere. This book is intended as entertainment. It is colorful, picture-filled and fun to read. My 9-year-old son absolutely loves this series and has collected all the previous editions going back to 2004.

This product is alright. I've tries many thermos and different products from almost every brand and its hard to find something that you don't have to take more than one of a day. If you take this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach it works great. The first bottle I bought I found myself getting tired around 4 every day which made me hesistant to repurchase, but I decided to give it another try. I'm not sure why but I this product t actually keeps me alert all day long. The appetite suppressant could be stronger. I've been debating on getting an appetite suppressant to take on top of this but for the most part it works really well. I'm a fitness trainer and the energy aspect is the most important to me because I'm active literally 8 hours out of my day. I haven't notice much fat loss from this pill but my body fat % is pretty low as is
