I have done my 2 min of tucks plus 25 crunches and then I left it on for 20 min. I have NOT seen any differance. I am a size 18 and this size 3 belt is so hard to get on. I can't sit down because the bottom rolls up. I do not recommend this.

I must say, I have never provided a review for any product, EVER, however, this bluetooth deserved every bit of recognition. The Q26 Mini Invisible bluetooth is WAY better than Jaybird. I bought this about a week ago and it fits perfectly into my ear. I loved the neon colored piece. It is fun and funky looking. I love to listen to some music when I walk my dog. The Jaybird ear plugs would always slip out of my ear. the bud replacement would always come out but this one fits like a glove. Worth every penny.

There are several things about this Retinol Moisturizer Cream, by Majestic Pure, that I like. The first and biggest reason is it's made in the USA. Second I like how a little goes a long way. Third, I love how my skin feels after I use it. Lastly, I really do feel that with long term use, I would notice a difference based on my experience already.
