I have done my 2 min of tucks plus 25 crunches and then I left it on for 20 min. I have NOT seen any differance. I am a size 18 and this size 3 belt is so hard to get on. I can't sit down because the bottom rolls up. I do not recommend this.

I bought this about a week ago and it fits perfectly into my ear. I loved the neon colored piece. It is fun and funky looking. I love to listen to some music when I walk my dog. The Jaybird ear plugs would always slip out of my ear. the bud replacement would always come out but this one fits like a glove. Worth every penny.
