Very complicated to use. The only people who love this are computer repair guys. The average person can't figure out how to use it. It's very complicated to use, with basically ZERO support. EaseUS and others out there are better choices.
If you're planning on hauling ladders on your Grand Cherokee, do not buy this roof rack. The rack comes with vinyl inserts for the top of the roof bars, which initially seem to be a good idea- they prevent jostling of things that are tied to the roof. But these vinyl pieces pop out whenever you try to move/slide whatever is on the rack (in my case, an aluminum ladder), and they are a nightmare to re-install. The vinyl pieces will also knock the end pieces off of the bars- I don't know why these would come off in the first place. Oh, and if you remove the vinyl, your roof rack will make a loud whistling sound whenever you go over 45 mph.
Leaking rack on a 2003 Pontiac Montana. Blown boot so dirt got in there and scratched the rack. Leaking about 12oz of power steering fluid in 3K miles. After filling and continuing to fill the Lucas sealer the leaking stopped. It took about a bottle and a half. I suspect that the original power steering fluid had to all leak out first before the Lucas sealer worked fully. Now, it is essentially all sealed up. It may still be leaking but the leak is so small that there it is not observable. Driven the vehicle another 5K without any noticeable (maybe slight) loss in fluid.
