A bit annoying to install. Create an account, verify account, use smartphone to verify account. I ended up having to call in to verify the software because it said they key was already in use (likely because I had to create an account in the middle of setup). Got the product installed, it was just a bit more of a headache than it should have been.

I suffered from chronic illnesses when young and was aware of the benefits of following a diet to fight yeast, avoid wheat, sugar and alcohol. However, I never had the motivation to bite the bullet and do it. I now find in my older years, talking to younger friends and family, who are following this regime for health reasons, I am motivated to do this. It is suprisingly easy if you have a goal of better health and a better quality of life. After the initial cleansings, if you start to feel better, you do not look at giving up but gaining. This book will help you if you have specific health issues. As with any of this series of books, or any change in your life habits, you need to refer back to sections as you progress. The books are laid out in a way, making it easier to find specific topics.

I actually though I was buying one with insets so I could do things other than just slice. I think I will get a different one that has inserts inserts. the quality is good, that is why I gave it four stars but the use is limited to slicing.

This publication is everything it's advertised to be. My wife and I recently completed a cross country road trip and found NEXT EXIT to be a valuable tool. Every exit of every interstate highway is detailed in this book and very easy to follow. We were able to look ahead and plan all of our stops. It is amazingly accurate making me wonder how the authors were able to do this. I imagine a team of people driving all the highways and writing down restaurants, gas stations, hospitals, and camping facilities at each exit along with all of the interstate rest stops and then compiling it into this volume. What a job!
