I am very satisfied with weight loss formula No 1. It has helped tremendously to decrease my appetite and I have lost so much weight and kept it up forme for past few years especially with my menopausal symptoms and hormonal changes. I think menopause formula also is helping me. I am just not sure how long more I have to take weight loss formula No 1? But I am very happy with it.
This format is not functional on an ipad or Kindle. The print book is 8 1/2 x 11 with small print. At most you can see 1/4 of a page at one time. Page size can't be changed and could not be viewed on my PC. My expert suggestion is to stay with a print book or use a PDF formatted e-book on your PC.
This book is an all you can eat buffet of knowledge about excel. I will warn whoever buys this that there is likely more information than you will be able to absorb. I use this as a reference and have greatly enjoyed how it assists me in being productive with excel.
I'll start by saying that I'm a part of Luvvie's online community and I usually hang on to her every word because she's an undeniable genius. However, I struggled through this book. The number of metaphors used for minor topics and subtopics was mentally exhausting. BUT! The book had many funny moments and I laughed and highlighted my way through it. I didn't really gain new insight from this book ,which was disappointing, probably because I share ALL of the same views as the author. I had to constantly remind myself that her revelations should be applauded because it's not common knowledge even if I found it basic. I would describe this book as a carefree, scattered, brainstorming session. But I think that could be refreshing in this mundane world of order and structure. I loved and hated this book, with a way stronger lean towards love. Overall, i will still buy anything she ever writes, but I was hoping for a little more with this one.
I have been using this shake for about 2 weeks, replacing 2 meals, breakfast and lunch. So far I have lost about 6 pounds, just want to take this nice and slow, my goal is 10-12 pounds. I love the taste, have had the vanilla, cookies and cream, just ordered the strawberry.
