I have had the worse customer experience with Pro Activ. If 0 stars were available, that's what I would give them solely due to my customer service experience. Below is a message that I have submitted, which includes the many other attempts I've made to have my issues resolved. I will also continue to come back and update this review based on additional attempts made to contact their Customer Service.

I don't know if this product will work on other cars but it didn't work on mine and some of my scratches were very mild. One was a deep scratch and I didn't expect a miracle but I certainly thought that it would work on a couple of minor scratches it did not. So I should have saved the money. If someone STILL WANTS TO TRY IT, write to me at [email protected] and I'll send you the entire kit for $5 to over the cost of postage and handling and my trip to the post office. Some of each tube and one of the cloths was used so it's certainly very usable for you. I just wouldn't spend a lot of money or even 15.00 to see if it will work as it's a shot in the dark.

The applicator bottle easily dispenses just a tiny bit of the cream which is all you will need as this cream goes a very long way!! The cream is white in color and very thick and rich looking; when you put it on under your eyes it is absorbed very quickly with no running of the cream and it left no feelings of greasiness or stickiness after application. The scent is very pleasant and mild! If you are looking for a high quality eye cream that produces results then this eye cream is a great choice!!
