I purchased this with a moderate case of poison ivy on my leg thinking it would clear it right up. I followed the instructions to a T, and did not observe the itch relief that was advertised, and definitely not in 30 seconds. So I used it again right away to see if it worked any better. After the two washes it did feel better, but it was by no means completely itch free. I washed again one more time about four hours later, and saw little improvement. The next day the poison ivy blisters were much larger and more enflamed than they ever were prior to using the wash. I think the abrasive nature of it just irritated the rash more than healing it, although there was a small area where the rash looked more dried up. I used the product again the next day, and after the treatment the rash hurt more than ever, however the rash didn't seem to spread after using this product. The tube was essentially gone after the four uses, so if you pay full price you will be paying for $10 per application. I think this product could be useful, but only right after contact with the poison ivy. My rash had been present for two days before I used the product, and I saw minimal benefit. Because this is used to wash away the oil I think it would be better suited to prevent the spreading of the rash and minimizing initial itchiness.

Bought this after having the same therapy at my chiropractor's office. She recommended for my home use since doctor's can no longer sell them in Florida. I am very happy with mine. Easy to use. Pad have lasted a long time.

to I give it zero stars. When it arrived and I attempted to load it onto my computer, when I got the the part requiring me to load the product key I found that it was attached on the back of the package with a sticker on top. I was instructed to remove the sticker and view the product key. The problem that I encountered was that in attempting to remove the sticker I couldn't get it off without the product key sticking to the back of it so that now it is unreadable. When I contacted Intuit to find out what to do about it I was informed that I would have to fill out a form, send that and the software back to them after which they would issue me a reimbursement and if I met all the requirements then when I received my reimbursement I could purchase another copy. I asked if they could forgo the reimbursement and just send me replacement software they said no. I found this most unhelpful on their part, especially considering that they created this problem in the first place and I found their customer service very lacking. I have been a satisfied customer of Intuit for several years but I have been seriously reconsidering my position in light of this situation and, at this time, I could not in good conscience recommend any Intuit products to anyone else.
