I've been using this oil for a year, I like to mix it with some of my essential oils and use it on my hair daily after my shower. It helps control my curls and keep my ends healthy. I was nervous reading some of the negative reviews, but these proved to be an absolutely perfect fit for my GE Spectra. I had absolutely no issues with these burner pans at all. I would not risk ordering these if you have a non GE stove, as I've noticed many of the complaints are from Kenmore owners etc. These are not universal pans apparently. I could not be more pleased with this purchase for the price.
