My husband and I recently took a trip to Italy and without this book as a guide, we would have been lost! I used in for planning our trip and the wealth of information contained in the book was excellent! We used the trains to travel from city to city and the advice was perfect and accurate, as well as many other topics that were covered in the book about the country and various aspects. Once we arrived, we used it constantly as a reference and it was awesome! Thank you Rick Steve's for all the valuable info!

The disc I received was NOT an original OEM disc as advertised...it was a COPIED DVD that does NOT work in my Prius. I know that copies work in all Toyota cars except the Prius but it explicitly says OEM and compatible with Prius. Shame!

Most of these clothing you can find in ebay for almost the same price. Everything seems to be from china/hong kong meaning when you order the size, it's actually two sizes smaller than the original size.

So...I had written a review a few months ago complaining that the stroller was amazing while it lasted but that it gave out after a few months. I finally got around to calling Uppababy and I could not be more impressed or amazed at their customer service. For one thing, somebody picked up IMMEDIATELY (how great to talk to a human and not have to go through a maze of "Press 1 for blah, Press 4 for blah") and the lady, Julie, was incredibly helpful. It turns out mine had been from a small batch of strollers that had a defective latch and that, since I had been stupid and forgotten to register it, they weren't able to inform me of it. They are sending me a brand new stroller (without a defective latch this time!), and I couldn't be more delighted because when I had it and it worked it was the lightest, easiest, most maneuverable stroller I have ever owned, and I was crushed when it broke.
