    This product has changed my life. If you are lucky enough to have thick hair you won't understand. I started using it a week ago, and I now have it down pat. It looks so natural and is so easy to use. Today was a week since I started using it, and I had 3 people at work tell me they don't know what I'm doing differently but my hair looks great. It's so cool that they think it looks great, but can't put their finger on what I'm doing, because it looks so natural. I will never go a day without this product. In wind, when I sweat it doesn't run or change a bit, it just looks natural and great. I would encourage you to buy this product and feel as good as I do.

    I had the 2007 version and luckily read all the info about 2013 requiring tax update subscriptions which are a big waste of money. I decided on the 2011 version and got this at a tremendous discount from new prices. I am very pleased, no trouble installing or updating data. Frankly I wish I had started with Quikbooks instead but I am too lazy and cheap to switch everything over at this time, with all the history on peachtree.

    I bought this to extend a trial subscription on my new computer. I could not get it to install. I went to chat and they took control of my computer and said there was a problem with McAfee and try again in a few hours. I did this and again went to chat who tried to load it and told me I had to go to another part of the company. I called, a woman worked on it, and said it would install and hung up. It didn't work. I called again, someone spent a really long time on it and said I had to go to the antivirus section where I was told they could not help me, but would recommend someone I could pay. I was furious, asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was no one available. I hung up. I looked up McAfee online and found an area that said all problems would be immediately dealt with. I sent my complaint and was sent the connection to go back to chat. No one has contacted me. Needless to say, I have now installed Norton's and wasted my money on this product.
