  • Camelia - Unreliable and really bad customer service

    I have used this software for years but this year it has been terrible unstable and unreliable. Besides customer service is pretty useless and the chat is grossly bad.

    When I saw this business in 1979 , if they had a gun they wouldnt have gotten 50 bucks out me. It was the best 50 bucks I'd ever spent. It is not about products it is the people and the plan . I got so much from the association, the encouragement. Quite honestly, the people that I am (still today) associated with have done way more than either of my parents had ever done for me. No wonder I gravitated towards this company. I still love Amway for the memories . My grown children have said they remember the times we went on Amway week ends as the best times of their lives. I know there are people who paid the moeny to make a quick buck and got out and talk negative, but I believe they never even knew what they were in.

    I've never played guitar. This is a great fun way to learn how to play without getting bored or frustrated. The game teaches and progresses as you do.

    This is a truly awful program. Biggest gripe: you have an option for a cold call, but in order to schedule a call you need a contact at the location you are calling. Did it not occur to the developers that perhaps the reason I'm cold calling is because I don't currently have a contact at the location? This means that it's impossible to schedule calls for businesses that you do not already have a relationship with. Oh, you want to call this business that might be a large account for you, but you don't currently know who you should speak to? Tough luck, because ACT ain't helping you.

    I was pushed into replacing Time Warner's cable modem because they wanted to charge me a monthly rental fee. This was one of their recommended modems particularly for people who have their faster packages. I measured my speed using speed test many times. I was getting between 10 and 25 Mbps.
