I've only been using this for a few days, but I think it might be working. It's kind of curbed my appetite. I followed what a previous review has done. I put a few drops under my tongue in the morning, lunch and at bedtime. The taste is strong, so be warned, but it goes away.

I am 65 years old and I remember my Dad using these when I was very young. Guess What they work today. I think they are better than Chemical ones. I gave mine to my young Engineer Niece who had to work out in the cold this winter. She would tell you the same thing. I works well to keep your hands warm and your body when used in a front coat pocket. What are you waiting for? They burn for many hours of warmth with each refill.

This product is okay. I agree with many. It does help your hair grow, but i think the hair growth is different for everyone. It help hair grow in my bald spots but it did not make my hair thicker and it made me grow alot of hair on myhairline and i look like a porkypine if i tie my hair or leave it down it looks like i cut my hair in the front and left some.
