A trainer at my gym recommended this product to me. I felt certain that he was trying to "upsale" as I'd just purchased a block of personal training sessions, but I have over 100 pounds to loose so I decided to try it anyway. My conclusion is this, if that was an upsale, it was the best upsale I've ever fallen for! I like the taste, it's creamy but not chalky and mixed with almond or soy milk, it's very filling. I work out at 5:30 am and have a shake after. I'm completely fine until around 10-11 am when I have lunch. I've battled compulsive and binge eating disorders most of my adult life and to my amazement, adding this to my new healthy lifestyle routine was a game changer as it takes the edge off afternoon and late night sugar cravings. On average, buying from Amazon is about $15 cheaper than the gym price and I go through 3-4 a month (my son uses it too). I generally workout twice a day and keep on top of my caloric intake, it's never hard to loose over 100 pounds but I'd recommed Lean1 to anyone as it's really helping me reach my goals.

Not a tea lover, was suggested by one of my friends to try this out. Purchased it on his recommendation and it's really worth trying out. Its pleasant smell refreshes you and fills you up with energy to work out complete day without thinking about hunger, that even leads to weight loss. Near to finish the box will be ordering more. Heard more good reviews related to health issues and body cleanse. Worth a try rather than taking pills. Recommended
