Sorry to say I'm not sure about this product. When I purchased it I thought the concept made total sense that with modern living very few of us make contact with the ground and that might be a problem. However, after having this mat for several months placed under my computer keyboard and sticking out on each side where I have touched it numerous times every day, I cannot say I feel any difference. However I do practice meditation and energy healing so otherwise I might feel a difference. Who can say?

After years of using Turbo-Tax. I started having big problems with E-Filing one year. The next year I could not even load the software, tried two different disc's. Switched to H&R Block, and never looked back. Works for me, I have a fairly basic income tax, and it's CHEAPER. This is my third year now, and no problem.

in order for this product to work, you need to first cleanse your skin with warm water and some deep pore cleanser of your choice. Then this product will go into your pores and it will work. If you just put it on right after taking off your makeup without taking all the bacteria and dirt out first, then it will only pile up and cause you to break out more.

I'm not sure how to describe this shampoo. I have tried probably hundreds of different shampoos, trying to figure out what works best. My hair has always seemed dry and stiff, despite using moisturizers (or the opposite) and shampoos that claim to make it silky or soft. If you want silky or soft hair that you thought only possible in movies and have had difficulties with try/stiff hair, then this is for you. Make sure to complement it with the correct conditioner as it will not work well on its own. I use Herbal Essence to complement, and now I can't stop running my own fingers through my own hair (yes I know that sounds vain, but I have to thank Paul Mitchell).

This pillowcase is nice. I like the fabric and the scent embedded in it. Like most other reviewers, a lot of the scent went away after the first wash, but I didnt expect it to stick around long. I really purchased it for the fabric and Im hoping it keeps breakouts at bay. I received this item at a discounted price for my honest review. I'll update in a month or so with the blemish reduction (hope hope!)
