I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and your general sort of fitness training 5-6 days a week. For competitions I have to cut weight but still maintain the muscle I've built as well as extremely high energy levels. Over the past year, this protein powder has helped me do just that. I've tried 4 other protein powders in the past, none of which have provided these results (plus, they all tasted horrible).

Great stuff but very expensive. I hesitate to use it because of its cost, which is around $2.50 for a little package roughly the size of a restaurant ketchup pack.

Cheaply made, thin booklet that was damaged when it arrived, with dents and creases on front cover. On all sides, even the cover, you can see definite divets or indentations from the other side where the coin is supposed to fit, and separated only by a very thin shell of paper or cardboard. Definitely not sturdy and definitely not made to be handled or used. Ugly.

This book goes into the gory details for each bit of Quicken, but not really how to use Quicken, not how to quickly create accounts that data can be imported to. It lacks any quick reference how-to instructions. Creating accounts is a trial and error endeavor. The book doesn't present the simple steps to accomplish creating savings/spending accounts so that data is correctly imported. It forces a user to create automatically updated accounts but not one account was populated correctly. I have had to delete all accounts and recreate them, some 3 times.

My periodontist recommended I get this floss. After using it for about a month I can attest it removes particles other floss leaves behind. I even did an experiment where I flossed with a regular floss, then Cocofloss immediately after and the Cocofloss picked up more tiny particles. Something about the way it is woven, or the fibers or something. I like the flavor too but that is secondary.

What a great concept for small children and grown ups alike. With large print and beautiful illustrations, this book is amust have for emerging readers and families with multiple children.
