I was very nervous as I noticed a decrease in my milk supply. I took a pill in the evening since my daughter likes to cluster feed and the change was huge. I highly recommend this product. I am not taking the recommended amount. I only feel like I need one or two pills a day just depends on how my daughter is feeding that day. If you need to pump to build your supply definitely could see how the recommended pills/ day would help.

Love this stopper system! I drink Moscato D'Asti, so lots of nice little bubbles and this keeps it fresh and bubbly for days! Super easy to use, just pump until you hear it popping and when you're ready for your next glass push the nub in the topper to the side and you can hear the air escape! Highly recommend!

I work midnights, and work other jobs at different times. So my sleep pattern changes all the time. Love it. My grand child plays with it just about every day. Easy to clean not messy if kept in a nice tray so the kids can easily play. Even if falls out of the tray or on the floor it's an easy clean up.
