We were very pleased with this purchase! Especially due to the fact that one of these chairs was the price you would pay at any retail store, and you only got one. These chairs have lasted us all summer sitting outside. They are perfect to carry along to softball games that do not have benches or bleachers. And who wants to sit on metal benches when you have these chairs? They were very easy to assemble and a perfect for partys. We might even purchase another set for next summer, so that everyone will have a chair to sit on our deck.

Depending on a lot of other factors like the rest of your diet, weight/BMI, organic weaknesses, and overall health, this stuff can have anything from a negligible effect to a distinct one. Hopefully you thought as much.
