I bought this program because I wanted to utilize the rental property manager functions. I manage 16 rental properties and I spent 3 weeks entering data and trying to figure this program out. I ordered the so called "The Official Guide" for Quicken 2012, but it doesn't cover any of the rental property manager features. I was not impressed with this program at all. I started typesetting back in 1978 and I learn new programs very easily, but this one was a nightmare. The graphs don't have enough edit features to enable them to appear on a page without everything abbreviated or cut off. After wasting a month of my time, the money for 2 of these programs, one that my broker bought for the office, and one I bought for my home office, along with the useless manual, I emailed Quicken to find out where to get a manual on the rental property manager section and was told that there isn't one. I can use the online help. I prefer to use a manual so I can learn all the features the right way the first time, without all the trial and error and asking the box a question. This was the biggest waste of my time ever, and now I get to transfer all this into Excel, which does have a manual, and works the way it's supposed to. Don't waste your money if you're buying it for the rental property functions!! I can never get that wasted month of my life back.

Download easier this year than any previous year. My 2nd computer had a problem, yet it was solved quickly by their Quick-Fix download. I like & use all the aspects that come with Total Protection. The complete virus scan does take a long time, so I now do that every 6 weeks with short scans in-between.

The advanced firming facial pads in conjuction with the Hydroshield serum is a Winner. I have used these for years and could not live without it.

This book has very small fonts, that makes very difficult to read. CCH has many other readable books with size 8.5" x 11". Why they have to have smaller size book?

First of all, the look of the ball is very cool. Construction looks decent, but will have to wait and see till I destroy the ball in a matter of time. The ball is very different from the other indoor balls such as Tachikara, Wilson and past Mikasa versions in that you'll first notice the feel of the ball. It doesn't have much of a cushion unlike the other brands/balls...this is an advantage for hitters who know how to smack the ball. Unlike some other complaints about the heavy weight, I personally like it. Again the added weight gives the ball its speed when you hit the ball properly. The dimple design is also an advantage for people who know how to serve a floater or jump floater...it gives the ball amazing movement. What I'm really surprised about is how EASY it is to controll the ball on sets, especially back sets and shoots...I believe due to the new seem and dimple design. Overall this is a great quality ball and I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their game.

Great idea and a wonderful product. This borders on genius. As luck would have it, we had a big storm here last night with a lot of wind. And this umbrella came in very handy. It did not turn inside out with all that wind. It performed just as advertised. I have to get more for the rest of my family. It is made of excellent materials and is constructed very nicely.
