I am 43, and have put on 10 lbs in the past 2 years...I tried EVERYTHING and couldn't get it off. Finally, I started Almased...I didn't have a problem with the taste. I mixed it with filtered water, olive oil, Vanilla and cinnamon. The first 2 days I struggled with hunger pangs...but they went away after a few minutes usually. And I found that my eating...alot of it anyway, was habitual! Almased has reset my way of thinking about food, and has completely abolished my craving for sweets!! I lost the 10lbs, and feel amazing! It did take me a good solid week to get that "Energy" feeling, but I'm enjoying it now! I did the full 14 days of fasting, and now am in Phase 2...I don't want to stop! I lost my 10lbs (Folks that need to lose more weight to be at their natural, healthy weight, will lose more. 10lbs was exactly what I was expecting, and was all I needed to lose.) And don't think it's expensive...1 can has 10 servings...that's about $3.50 a meal! For those who really need to lose weight...this WILL work. You've got to have the disipline, but YOU CAN DO IT!! Once you get past the first 2-3 days, it's easy sailing!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Philosophy's Hope in a Jar Moisturizer! It's like a light souffle that gets immediately absorbed in my skin & doesn't leave any greasy residue! This is the only moisturizer I can use year round...strong enough to take care of any winter dry skin but light enough to use all summer (& I live in humid Atlanta!). A little goes a loooong way, a 4oz jar takes care of me for A YEAR! Additionally, I like that it doesn't have a strong perfume smell & I've had no adverse reaction to it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I got this Rick Steve's book for an upcoming cruise trip to the Mediterranean. I am about 3/4 of a way through it and so far have enjoyed it a lot. Very detailed explanation of all the ports, cities and things to do. Should prove to be a great asset in a few weeks.
This is a great serum for normal to dry skin. It doesn't have a gross smell like some serums and it leaves me feeling moisturized but not sticky (you know what I'm talking about). I even wore this overnight and woke up with less-oily T-zone than normal. I can't say much to it's anti-aging side because I don't yet have many wrinkles but it did give me a slight firming feeling so I'd wager a guess that it does well for that too. I will definitely keep using this.
I have had chronic constipation and nothing has worked for me as well as this product. I am so glad that I bought it.
