This product solves the problem of how to use your iPod or MP3 player in cars that don't have auxilliary inputs. It was easy to install, I looked it up on the internet and watched a video. It took about 15 minutes. It works great, plugs directly into the factory radio.

This system arrived in about 3 days as promised. It was packed nicely and easy to access all the components. The installation was very easy...just read all the instructions especially when you install the sensors, they do have to be aligned to the magnet in a precise manner. I installed the whole system in less than one hour. The only issue I had was the sensor for my front door which is a metal one. The sensor kept falling off which is something that will cause the alarm to go off. If you have a wooden door, you will be fine. I had to end up putting some gorilla glue on the back and that seemed to do the trick although I may have a bit of a mess if I want to move the system when I move. The system is very easy to use although the keypad doesn't illuminate and I have trouble seeing it without my readers. There is a keychain remote that has a button for shutting the system off and another button for setting it when you leave plus a panic button. If you are at home you have to use the keypad to set the alarm which is still easy...just hit "home". They allow you three days to learn everything before you go live with the monitoring station so if you make some errors you don't have to worry about getting a call. I like that one of the components (that actually contacts the monitoring center) has a light at the base that turns on/off and has a voice that tells you when your alarm is set for away, home, or if you are testing. I do recommend Simplisafe, it was about half the price of a local company that I contacted initially and the monitoring fee is very reasonable. I loved this movie and I think it is a great movie and worth the watch, the way they added to the story was great and it was funny. Don't let me or anyone else determine your thoughts on life, but if you're curious then go out and see this movie for yourself. I loved it though.

It does work, i worked on my abs every single day for a hour each day. Hanging leg raises, Leg Lifts, planks, ect.. and i lost alot of fat off my stomach, but i just looked skinny even though my abs were clearly showing. With this belt i can work on my arms chest and back while it is on. And feel it like no other! Start at 50 for a few minutes then go straight to 99. If you got alot body fat on your stomach this will do nothing for you, but tickle. Its got to be put directly on muscle to show any progress. Also i would no put the front of the belt directly in the center of your abs. I would have it offset to the right or left and work each side every other day equally. Last thing i would do is start at the top of your abs and every day put it just a bit lower, and when you get to the bottom slowly go back up. Do this properly and you will see results, at least I have.

as others have stated, it doesn't sit quite as snug to the body as the original gas cap surround, but I can't really see a noticeable gap anywhere, just that you can turn it slightly side to side as much as the locating pin will allow. The allen screws just hold the aluminum outer ring to the new inner plastic surround. I may take it back off ( and probably risk breaking a tab) and try putting a ring of silicone around the backside. I would definitely recommend applying some silicone to it for anyone doing it for the first time.... don't wait and see if it fits loose first, it will.

Its tastes great and I feel I'm doing something tangible and positive to reverse my discomfort. It works and there's no doubt about that.
