Okay, so I LOVE beef jerky, and you probably do too. I'm always open to try different brands to see what flavors I like (I make my own jerky once deer season comes around!). Brooklyn Biltong looked good, figured its jerky how could it not be! Order came in, and yep this is some good ol' fashion jerky. It comes in lil dark bits. Nice hint of seasoning. You can actually taste the quality of the meat. Now the package says to add it on your eggs, which sounds like a pretty darn great idea. But you know I just ate this on the couch in one sitting! haha so yep, good classic jerky if that's what you are interested in. Good weight for the price. Very satisfied.

The guide is easy to use, answers questions about procedures. Also is very frank about procedures that do not work correctly and the best way to complete or avoid. All programs have 'quirks' ....it is much easier to read about them than to spend a lot of time avoiding them.

Before buying this please consult your doctor. A 500mg tablet(and I take 2 of these at a time) is a very high dose used to treat high cholesterol and triglycerides. A starting dose is just 100mg and if you take a full 500mg dose at once, you'd get the primary sideeffect of your entire body flushing and feeling like your body is on fire. If you don't take it correctly you could get inflamation of the liver.

I bought this item because it has good reviews. After using it a few weeks, my hairdresser said my hair had grown very quickly. I didn't tell her why but can say its gentle, effective shampoo.
