We are totally pleased with product and service.....item arrived quickly and the reception seems better than the antenna that came with our new Sienna...it looks so much sharper than the one that came with our van...very pleased

I have religiously used another product for YEARS and no more...this Olay product is amazing...does not matter how long or short the hair on my upper lip or my chin is, it removes it all. Left it on for 9 minutes and all hair was gone...totally. No stragglers left to pluck out afterwards...no touch up needed with the tweezers. I will order more and never be without it. Some hairs were coarse but the majority were fine to medium and this product took care of all. I cannot praise it enough and highly recommend it...and no skin irritation and my skin is very sensitive!

Webroot stopped working. I was suspicious when after months, it was not picking up anything.I purchased the professional version for all our computers. Finally, I had to take my laptop to my local IT guys to clean it. When I got home, I ran a scan and it picked up 26 viruses. Now a month later after running the longer scans and not picking up any viruses, I am infected again I am sure because webroot won't open to do a scan. On top of that, customer service has yet to email me back after other exchanges in trying to get this fixed. The phone wait time is 50 minutes or more. I am now going to have to spend more money to get it cleaned. I will change to another provider. Terrible product and service.
