I bought this in size XS to replace a worn out Eddie Bauer messenger-type purse (lasted about 6 years). This is heavier than the Eddie Bauer due to the heavier fabric and the waterproofing. Overall volume is about the same, but distributed differently.

Great insert. I was looking to buy the Snoop for my new camera and lenses. I was not crazy about getting yet another bag as I already have several Timbuk 2's. Being able to convert one of my other bags into a camera bag with this insert is brilliant! And then to pull the insert out and continue to store the camera- Sold!!!
