This works, but be sure to follow the directions EXACTLY... for example, if it tells you to RINSE your hair in the shower for 20 minutes, RINSE IT FOR 20 MINUTES.. not 18 minutes, etc.. this is a very important step, because when you are in the shower rinsing this stuff out of your hair, THATS when its really doing its job, and the cuticle of your hair is open, and THATS when all of the MOLECULES OF COLOR ( the color you hate and are trying to get rid of ) are being washed out of your hair.. so if you just give it a half hearted rinse, it may look ok for a day or two, but then, by the 3rd day, your hair will start to somewhat darken again because the cuticle has closed back up-- closed back up around those molecules of color that you hated and wanted to get rid of -- because you didnt spend enough time rinsing your hair. Follow the directions *EXACTLY*, even if some of the steps seem un-needed, and you should be happy with the results. It worked great for me, and I would definitely recommend this product.

Works so very well :) its slightly bigger than a phone, but i knew that going into it, was not suprised... Its clear when you see that there are 3 USB ports at the top which is the small end... easy enough to figure out how big it is... Can charge phone 3-4 times before needing recharge.
