The benefits from this vitamin is difficult to maintain in seniors. I read that sublingual tablets were the way to go, taking them like you would any supplement or medicine that you chew. I can not say enough about the benefits of this sublingual tablet. My 80+ year old husband no longer sleeps away his day in a recliner. I do also give him additional (2) drinkable tablets. I began these subliqual tablets along with the supplemental and my lab test measured B12 "off the charts". So I cut back on the other tablets, actually to 1/2 a day. I guess I have to find out how to take just the sublingual.
I work in a small office for a company that sells medical supplies. We purchased this scanner, and in the course of 8 months, we have gone paperless in the office! I was able to scan all of the patient charts into the computer, and easily export the pdf files to our server. We are not computer experts, and had no trouble figuring out the software. I have had to call the company a couple of times for software glitches - mainly caused by my overtaxing the software, but I have always received help with a minimal amount of wait time. This is a fast scanner that can also scan in color or b/w on one or two sides. Depending on your application, you will have to back up and archive folders as they start getting too full (I'm talking over 5000 pages)or use it to make PDF files. It was the perfect solution for us, and was faster and more economical than any other scanner we looked at. Well worth buying!

I started Amberen a week ago. On the first day I actually had more energy than I thought I would. I feel like my life is my own again. I am actually cold these days -- my husbaand says he thinks i was having hot flashes all along and just did not know it because they were mild - I would go home and everyone would be freezing and I would turn the air on to get cooled off. But this past week I have actually turned off the air in the house and it has been a real blessing. I have more energy, my workouts are better because of this, and I feel more alert and not so emotional. Love it --
I have been using Quicken since the early 90's with history going back well into the 80's. This upgrade did a number on my file which is going to take me days if not weeks to resolve. It is going to be hard relying on data from quicken to do my taxes this year.
Brand new sealed reached before than expected .runs like butter still playing it and will order again for sure .
