I love this stuff so much. I had my first baby and she gave me bad stretch marks and I felt so unsexy and just ashamed by my marks I tried different rubbs but they didn't work so I read reviews on this one and they all seemed good.. So why not?! Well my stretch marks are so faded that I can't wait to put on a swim suit this summer and rock my body again! I recommend this to everyone trying to fade those marks away.

This book is a treasure trove of scientific & anecdotal evidence that one of the simplest ways on earth exists to re-align our bodies for greater health, namely walking barefoot on our planet. I've always heard that walking on dewey grass in the morning helps to cut back on bodily aches & pains and now I know why based on the principles outlined in this book. Highly recommend it to all in our over-technical, highly stressed society who have inadvertently cut themselves off from a great, simple, profound healing available so easily & free.

i didnt order on amazon but i used to own this belt and it really gave me abs i used it everyday 1-2 times a day for about 10 minutes on the highest setting. i ran out of gel fast and used something similar to KY jelly or a thick lotion ... it worked, i also adjusted it to where it would pull on my love handles and that worked quite nicely...the best thing was i used this will on my elliptical so i was getting a double workout. bad part was i went through several of these bc they would stop working but at the price i found it worth it

This is a very nice magazine for kids....I first saw it in my doctor's office and purchased for my grandchildren. Was disappointed that it didn't come covered in plastic or some type of protective cover...the pages were curled on top from shipping.

The grinder is very convenient and easy to use. Less intuitively, the grinder setting adjustment is on the side, but this is a minor quibble. A good price for a decent machine.
