At best it's half a workout. Workouts are repetitive from Insanity but not nearly as intense. If you need weight loss, this program simply doesn't burn enough calories. You would need to drastically cut calories to meet the weight loss claims and you can do that without spending the money on this disappointing program. My wife and I have done P90X (great), Insanity (OK), Pump (great) and various Jillian (OK) workouts and they are all better than T25. This is the Sensa of Beach Body programs. Plus Shaun T's uninformed knowledge of exercise physiology is just maddening. No, I am not working my obliques by simply turning to my left. The "weightlifting" is pathetic. We patiently waited for it to get better but after 5 weeks of Alpha and one week of Beta it just doesn't work. If you have Insanity, just do it over. You'll save the money and get a better workout.

My daughter LOVES this watch! Bought my oldest daughter a smart watch and didn't want to leave my youngest out. She LOVES this......you can take pictures and video and play a few games on here....along with having several clock faces. She shows everyone her watxh when she's wearing it.

This successfully performed a full back-up of my system, including the operating system. I purchased this in preparation of upgrading to Windows 10, and wanted to be able to go back should I have problems with the upgrade.

This is a good buy for facial pads. We (my husband uses them too) were using Philosophy pads, but these are a better buy, so we gave them a try. My husband said he felt stinging the first few days, but after that, no problem. I did not feel stinging at all. They are very wet, so you can use them to the very end without worrying about them drying out. We will probably keep using them due to the great value.

As an HR Professional this book was a little disheartening. I used this book as a reference in studying for my PHR exam. It really didnt provide the relevent information I needed concerning the laws and idnt touch much on best practices in my opinion.

I use these for my sore neck and tennis elbow. The medication works nicely, but the adhesive tends to weaken more quickly than I would expect. But overall I will get these again and have recommended them to others.
