I purchased this belt knowing that I had to lose some weight before I would start to see results in the toning aspect of this product. I wanted to start using it before I started losing weight though simply because I knew it would be helpful with strengthening my core area. I have been using this belt 5 days of the week for 30 minutes at a time. I make sure to position it right on my belly button because this way it touches my upper abs and lower. There are 99 resistance levels so when I first started I used level 25. Then each time I used it again I would up my level by about 10 so that my body could get used to it without being overwhelmed. Once I found the level that was best fit for me, which was a rather high level since I was heavier set, I could feel the contractions of my core muscles. Sometimes I put it on a higher level to challenge myself because challenging yourself can help in the long run. I always make sure to clean off my sides and stomach before I use this belt because I don't want to get the sticky pads dirty. I also try to clean the sticky pads as often as I can remember to. I started off putting hand sanitizer and then rubbing it on them, but then I just bought some 

This is a perfect notebook, and definitely more affordable than what you will find at Office Depot. The pages don't have pre-printed months and days which surprised me at first, but then made me happy. This allows me to get a full 56 weeks of use out of it rather than just the rest of the year. I will be buying this planner again in 55 weeks!

We bought this tv in Sept. 2006. It stopped working completely in July 2007, so we contacted Polaroid for help since it has a 1 yr warranty. Customer service is terrible. You spend 30 min on hold to reach someone, then they tell you they are not repairing this model, they will replace it, BUT we have to pay shipping and we have to wait for their corporate office to call us back with details on how to return it. It's been a month & we're still waiting to hear from them. We've called several times and sent an email. Very disappointed. Do not waste your time and money. We will never buy this brand again.

I am terrified of roaches and grew up with the ones that trapped you in the bathroom and flew around only to get tangled in your hair...shall I continue? Still have nightmares about it, but then I wake up from my horror and remember that there is an invisible force field around my place called BENGAL. Thank you, thank you, Bengal makers. I have been using this stuff for almost 10 years now. It even kills carpenter ants. Rarely find roaches and on those rare occasions they're already dead. Both the the regular and gold label products work GREAT. I recommended it to a friend of mine who had outside roaches around her pool area and to her amazement it worked great! She used the outdoors formula. Bengal is the greatest!!!
