This book presents priceless information and makes important connections that every nutritionist and physician should be aware of but that most of us do not know enough about. It would be a great coursebook material for medical and graduate nutrition students! Written by a very reputable physician.

SlimQuick (Ultra) Fat Burner has completely diminished my sugar cravings and carbohydrate cravings. I started SlimQuick to lose 10 lbs. It's been four weeks and I've lost 5 lbs maybe (less water retention may account for a couple of those lost lbs). The product contains a host of ingredients, but the two most interesting ingredients are Japanese knotweed root (resveratrol) and brown sea weed (may promote abdominal fat burning). I looked into the ingredients of SlimQuick because after three weeks, I noticed a rather nice difference in my skin without changing facial products. This is a fun movie by the same producers that brought you "Independence Day", so you know what you are getting into: cheesy plot, predictable characters, very conservative black-and-white morality... but you will have a good time with it. It is also one of the few movies that I would recommend to watch strictly on Blu-ray, since the detailed disaster special effects can only be seen on HD, and they are worth a look.

Bad Finger, like so many bands from the last half of the 20th Century, was destine to make a few Top 40 hits and then burn out. Baby Blue was one of those hits that combined their best sound with the unstable talent they had. In much of their music that was recorded at the Apple (not the computer maker) studios, you can note the influence the Beatles had on Bad Finger. Since I had already gone bald when this band was formed, I had hair envy.
