The fabric and tie is nice but the shirt runs way to big. I normally wear regular fit but this shirt was way too bulky. The sleeves were huge as well as general width. Overall its nice material and color, just too big.

It is a more sophisticated tool than I would have suspected, especially for the price. It feels like the larger units used by physical therapists. I suspect it may help relieve muscle pain, and it was recommended to me by a woman who said it helped her. However, I have spinal stenosis and sciatica and I can't say that it is helping my specific problem. But it is not a toy, and I wasn't necessarily convinced it would be the answer to my problem, because I'm headed toward having back surgery.

I just recently lost 35 pounds - and was more worried about how I was going to keep it off - than whether I could actually lose the weight. I wondered if Garcinia Cambogia may be the solution I was looking for. I can't believe it - I have maintained within one or two pounds and I truly believe that this supplement has allowed me to reintroduce a less stringent food regimen - while keeping me focused on the great benefits it provides! Will definitely keep taking this supplement.
