I have limited Internet, and was unable to download this program. Twice I called Microsoft before it was determined that I needed discs to install the program, which were sent. I then had trouble installing the discs and Microsoft was unable to help as I had limited Internet and they were unable to get into my computer from their end to get it to load. Eventually I did get the program loaded, but I had owned the program for over two weeks by then.
The food screen in the back inside of our GE dishwasher kept filling up with food on the inside. Removing the 4 screws holding that screen exposed the top of this part. When I screwed out this part by hand (I didn't need tools for it.) I found the rubber washer on it was falling apart. Replacing this part solved the problem quickly and easily. Unlike other reviewers, my dishwasher had no problem draining. This is a simple and easy do it yourself repair.
I am past age 88 and have been a computer user since 1950 when I was at Los Alamos. I was named "Scientist/Engineer of the Year" in 1984 by Lockheed Missiles & Space Co. for for work in information technology. So, I am have considerable computer experience.
Should have read the reviews of others more closely. This is the second K&N filter that I have leak on me. I assumed the first was a fluke so I replaced it and the leaked stopped immediately. This past weekend I changed the oil on my truck and after a minute minute drive I discovered a huge leak. I really cranked down on the filter to tighten that extra bit but it still leaked. Replaced with Royal Purple filter and the leak stopped. Also the "wrench-off" nut, I assume requires a one inch socket or wrench which is too large for a typical tool set
