If you just use two or three coupons in here, it will more than pay for itself. The only downside is that many of the coupons are for new members of the player's clubs only. This means after that first year you won't be able to buy the next book and use them again. So, if this is your first trip to Vegas, or just your first time exploring new casinos then you will get more value out of it than someone who has been there before. New visitors will even be able to read about the casinos and what they offer. I think most people buy this for the coupons (as I do) but there is still value in the casino and game lists in the beginning of the book. That being said I would still recommend anyone get it. Between the buy one get one meals, and the match play you will get still get plenty of return on your investment.

This was a huge hit on Christmas day!!! It is a totally cool truck! When my grandson opened it he was thrilled. It is now May and just last weekend I went to visit the kids and he pulled out this truck. A lot of toys end up in the toy box and are forgotten, but he really enjoys this 5 months later. The tractor moves up onto the truck on its own. There are lots of lights and sounds which is a big plus for my grandson. I will definitely look for another Hess truck next Christmas.

There are a lot of misconceptions and myths about fasting. Dr. Fung & Jimmy Moore talk about the history of fasting, the history of diabetes and how fasting helps cure (yes, I said cure) diabetes. I am most of the way through this book but I had to stop and write a review. I have learned SO MUCH that is outlined in an easy to way understand: Why Fast, Benefits Of Fasting, Fasting Myths and How To Fast. They include REFERENCES (very important! Although, I'd prefer them at the end of the book instead of every chapter, but that's just a style thing) and anecdotal stories from patients and other experts in the field.
