Although I haven't read up on the health benefits of this oil it would appear to provide several health benefits on top of it's great smell. I especially like this oil for its pinecone-ish scent that reminds me of standing in a forest in the morning. This may not seem like the best thing in the world but when you sit in an office all day it can make a world of a difference with just a few sniffs. My coworkers love it too!

I love this product and it worked really well in my old Chevy Silverado, but then I bought a 2016 Silverado and don't need to use it since the radio has a bluetooth feature and pairs easily with my iphone. The only instruction that I would change in the manual has to do with finding a non working frequency to tune the radio to.
