Amazon was great. The notebook arrived when they said it would, with no apparent damage. The notebook fired right up and, after getting rid of all the adware and unwanted programs, works as it should. Be aware that the memory cannot be upgraded as it is soldered into the motherboard. I should have researched this more thoroughly. Other than that I am satisfied with my new pc.

Sent a complaint to 'supplier' on 10-5 telling them the 'lights' would NOT go off no matter what I tried and asked for some input, etc.

Product does not perform as described. Started a tech support over a month ago and still nothing. Tried demo first but all the features I wanted were disabled in the demo. No wounder too they did not work in the actual product. If all you are doing is burning a CD then by all means waste your money. But if you want to do something that you need to pay for the features then pass on this one. Does not do what it claims and there is no tech support.

After using this pretty consistently for a month I have noticed the shorter hairs around my hairline are getting longer. My hair is long (just below shoulder length), thick, and curly. Because of the length I couldn't tell much of a difference in actual growth, and unfortunately I didn't think to measure before and after use. The major thing I noticed was the hairline as I mentioned earlier. My hair thinned out pretty bad around my hair line last year after I had my child. Although those areas had grown back, I do see a noticeable difference in length of those areas after using this supplement. I would recommend it as a part of a healthy hair care regimen. No supplement is a miracle that can transform damaged, unhealthy hair into visibly healthy hair, but when used in conjunction with proper hair care products and regimen it will certainly help the overall process of getting and maintaining healthy, fabulous hair.
